Prepare Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
